משך הטיול: כ- 4 שעות.
נצא מקרית נטפים לקבר המפואר דיר א-דרב שמזוהה ככל הנראה כקברו של האפוטרופוס על רכוש המלך הורדוס. המקום מזכיר מאוד את קברי המלכים בנחל קידרון שמדרום להר הבית.
משם נמשיך לקצר מנצורה, זהו מגדל שמירה מדהים ששימש לאחסון הענבים בטרם הגיעו לבית המקדש ונשתמר עוד מתקופת בית שני.
בהמשך נעלה לח'רבת פרדוסי (הורדוס) ומשם לוואדי אל מג'ור. נבקר במעין שבוואדי ונסיים בחוות יאיר על כוס קפה בצריף של תמרי.

קצת על דוד ואחיקם...
אחיקם עמיחי ודוד רובין היו מאוהבי הארץ אשר טיילו בה לאורכה לרוחבה ואף לעומקה...
כשם שהלכו בנחלי המדבר או הרמה כך הלכו בנחלי שומרון ויהודה בלא לחוש שום הבדל ואף עם זיקה היסטורית בעלת חשיבות גדולה יותר. אחיקם ודוד נפלו במלחמת כיבוש הארץ ונטמנו באדמה שכל כך אהבו, אדמת ירושלים עיר הקודש. לא לחינם הם נקברו סמוך לקברו של גנדי, שלימדנו אהבת ארץ ישראל מהי והיה נוהג לומר לנוער: "תמשיכו לטייל בנקיקים ובסדקים של ארצנו המדהימה. אך, תלכו יחפים כי אתם דורכים על הפסוקים" עם כל המשתמע מכך.

כהמשך לדרכם של אחיקם ודוד החלטנו להרחיב את מעגל המטיילים בשומרון,ביהודה ובבנימין. אין סיבה שנער מהאזור או בכלל, יכיר על פה את כל נחלי רמת הגולן, אך יתקשה לזכור את שם הנחל העובר מתחת לביתו. איננו רואים סיבה שדווקא אזורים נפלאים אלו, ערש התרבות הישראלית, ישארו עלומים ובלתי מוכרים בכל השטח שמעבר לגדרות הישובים. לכן, נתחיל בעז"ה אחת לחודש להכיר מקומות חדשים ישנים, חורבות ישובים קדומים, מעיינות, בורות, גאיות עמוקים והרים נישאים.

על הטיולים
כדאי להקשיב לתחזית- במידה ויומיים לפני הטיול מתברר כי צפוי גשם רציני בשישי, הטיול ידחה לשבוע הבא אחריו. הודעה על כך תישלח לנרשמים. בכל מקרה כדאי לעקוב.
בחרנו אזורי טיול במקומות מרתקים ולא מוכרים בשומרון ובנימין, אך לא מקומות שהטיול בהם כרוך בסיכון הקבוצה. כמו כן הטיולים ברובם יהיו בידיעת הצבא. את הטיולים יעבירו מדריכים מנוסים בעלי ידע נרחב על האיזור.

אל תל תפוח המקראית, מקום יושבי עין תפוח המקראית ומעיינות נוספים מהיפים בשומרון ובכלל: יום שישי ערב שבת פרשת נשא ג' סיוון( 6\6 למונים בגרגוריאנית).

טיול למטיבי לכת! (שווה מאמץ)
נקודת מפגש: בבית הכנסת בישוב כפר תפוח בשעה 8:15 בדיוק!
נקודת סיום: בכניסה לאריאל מכיוון המכללה, נסיים בסביבות אחת בצהריים.
משך הטיול: כ- 5 שעות.
נצא מבית הכנסת למערת הנטיפים ליד הישוב ומשם נרד לוואדי יסוף, נלך למעיינות המים הגדולות, עין א-תותא ועין א-הג'א. שניהם מזוהים כמקום יושבי עין תפוח המוזכרת בתנ"ך.
משם נעלה לתל אבו זרד המזוהה כתל תפוח המקראית, במקום נמצאת שמורת אלוני תפוח שאסור לפספסה. נמשיך למערה בעלת שלוש בריכות וממנה נובע מעין הנקרא עין אסככא. משם נעלה לעין אל ק'צב בדרכנו לסיום בכניסה לאריאל מכיוון המכללה.
